Terms of Service & Legal Disclaimers

Last updated: August 2026

By accessing Disparix (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

1. No Investment Advice

Disparix is a financial data and social analytics software tool provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Disparix is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, or financial manager in any jurisdiction, and nothing on the Service constitutes personalized investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

All signals (including but not limited to STRONG BUY, ACCUMULATE, PREPARE EXIT, and PARITY REACHED), velocity scores, adoption lifecycle stages, backtest results, and asymmetry metrics (ΔI) are computer-generated mathematical outputs comparing retail social chatter against institutional coverage. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security, and they do not consider your objectives, financial situation, or risk tolerance.

2. Risk of Financial Loss

Trading and investing in securities involves substantial risk, including the total loss of principal. Social-sentiment-driven strategies can be volatile and may produce rapid, severe drawdowns. Past performance, including any historical or simulated backtest displayed on the Service, does not guarantee or indicate future results. Simulated performance is hypothetical, does not reflect actual trading, and does not account for slippage, liquidity constraints, taxes, or commissions.

Never trade with capital you cannot afford to lose.

3. 'AS-IS' Data, AI & Translation Warranty Disclaimer

The Service and all data within it are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness, or non-infringement.

Social posts, comments, and blog content are collected from third-party public sources and may be incomplete, delayed, removed, spoofed, bot-generated, or misattributed. Multilingual content is processed with automated machine translation and AI classification, which can misinterpret slang, sarcasm, idioms, and context. Market prices are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. Disparix does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Disparix, its owners, operators, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any trading losses or for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost capital, or lost data — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid to Disparix in the twelve months preceding the claim or USD $100.

5. Independent Fact-Checking Requirement

Community fact-check notes, stances, and user-submitted inputs are unverified opinions of third parties and are not endorsed by Disparix. You are solely responsible for independently verifying every data point, source link, and signal before acting on it, and for conducting your own due diligence, including consulting a licensed financial professional where appropriate.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute Service data, attempt to circumvent access controls or rate limits, submit unlawful or defamatory content, or impersonate others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes & Governing Terms

We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
